The public library house a collection of items to meet the informational and recreational reading needs of the citizens of Smiley. The collection includes: Adult and Children’s fiction and non-fiction books, a references section, Texana history, newspapers, magazines, books on tape, videos, audio-visual equipment and genealogy collection. The library also has a study area available for public use.

Other services provided are wireless internet access for the public. The library has a total of four computers for public use.

The library has monthly events for children. Please call the library for additional information.
